Q:   How do I find a product?

A:  You can search for electronic components in either of the following ways:

 Option 1: Browse for the item you need in the “Promotions” or in the “Products” or “Manufacturers” sections list in the left of the webpage.

 Option 2: Use the “Search” or “Advanced Search” functions to quickly locate the item you need.

Q:  How can I order online?

A:  Follow the below steps to complete an online order:
1   Select the item you need, enter your order Quantitythen click “Add to Cart”. 
2   Click the “Checkout Now” button, log in to your account and    check out (if you do not have an account, click “Register and Checkout” to set one up).
3   Select your preferred Shipping Method.
4   Click “I Accept the Terms & Conditions and Customer Certification of End Use and Export Compliance” (otherwise the transaction can not be completed). 
5  Click “Continue Checkout” then “Place Order”.      
6   Finally, click “Pay Now” to complete the online payment to finish ordering.

Q:  What is the Online Payment Method & Security Policy?
A:  For all the orders, you are required to make the payment online.The online transaction processing is provided By PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - 128-bit SSL encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted. 3-D Secure authentication is also supported such as Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode.

Q:    How many payment options are there? 
A:    Currently, we only accept Alipay and China UnionPay cards.

Q:    What are the payment terms?

A:    100% payment in advance is required.

Q:   Does your website display the available inventory in Asia?

A:   Yes, it does. However, all goods are sold on “first-come, first-served basis.”  

Q:  Can I provide an address in China to receive the goods?

A:  Certainly. We will ship to addresses all over the world.

Q:  Once an order has been placed, how quickly can products be delivered?
A: Once payment and Customer Certification of End Use and Export have been confirmed, goods could be delivered on the next working day. 

Q:   Where are the goods shipped from?

A:   Goods are shipped from Avnet Electronics Marketing’s warehouses in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Singapore.

Q:   Do I need to pay the freight charges?

A:   Yes. The  item prices shown on the online store are exclusive of freight charges. Buyers are expected to bear the freight charges. Freight charges will be calculated after checked out.

Q:    Will the freight costs varied with the weight of goods?

A:    Yes. You may need to pay extra freight costs for goods over 4 kilograms.

Q:   Can I place small batch orders?

A:   Yes you can place small batch orders according to the minimum order quantity shown on each part numbers. and increase in increments shown.

Q:   Is the quality of products ordered from the online store assured?

A:   Avnet Electronics Marketing provides customers with the same level of quality assurance the product manufacturers offer. The customers should contact us within 24-hours if they find any quality issues. Otherwise it is assumed the products are accepted.

Q:    How can I check the status of delivery?

A:    Open the “Track Your Order” page, you will find the tracking number at the “Shipping Status” column in your “Order/Billing History” list. Please click on the tracking number to follow up your shipping status.
